This Privacy Policy explains how EvyQVis Innovations collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal data in connection with the EvyQVis website, contact and qualification requests, business communications, cookie preferences, and related website interactions. It applies only to activities that are actually available or conducted through the website and does not by itself govern customer financial documents, production data, platform accounts, pilots, deployments, or other commercial processing subject to a separate signed agreement.

0. Document Status and Scope

0.1 Controller and business identity

For the processing described in this Policy, EvyQVis Innovations (“EvyQVis”, “we”, “us” or “our”) acts as the controller of personal data where it determines the purposes and means of processing. EvyQVis Innovations is a business name operated from Israel. This Policy does not represent that EvyQVis Innovations is incorporated or registered as a separate legal entity.

Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted through the Contact page on the EvyQVis website. Please select or state that the request concerns privacy so it can be handled appropriately.

0.2 Scope

This Policy applies to personal data processed when you:

  • visit or interact with the public EvyQVis website;
  • submit a contact, qualification, pilot, investor, partnership or other business inquiry;
  • communicate with EvyQVis about a potential or existing business relationship;
  • manage cookie preferences or interact with the website consent mechanism; or
  • receive website-related communications requested by you.

This Policy does not by itself govern customer financial documents, production data, pilot datasets, platform accounts or enterprise deployments. Those activities will be governed by the applicable signed agreement, Order Form, pilot schedule, data-processing addendum or other specific notice when such processing is offered.

0.3 Relationship to other documents

The Terms and Conditions govern website and commercial use. The Cookie Policy provides more detailed information about cookies and similar technologies. Where a signed agreement or data-processing addendum applies to a specific engagement, that document governs the relevant processing to the extent of any conflict.

1. Personal Data We May Collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • identity and business-contact details, such as name, role, organization, business email address and telephone number where voluntarily provided;
  • inquiry details, including intended use, company size, deployment needs, timing, geographic scope and other information included in your message;
  • communications and correspondence, including follow-up messages, meeting notes and records of requested actions;
  • commercial qualification information supplied during an evaluation or purchasing discussion; and
  • privacy-request information reasonably necessary to locate records, verify identity and respond securely.

1.2 Technical and usage data

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate network or geographic information derived from it;
  • browser, device, operating-system and language information;
  • date, time, referring page, requested URL, response status and similar server or security logs;
  • cookie identifiers, consent choices and related preference records;
  • website interaction and performance information where analytics are enabled and permitted; and
  • security signals used to prevent spam, abuse, unauthorized access or malicious activity.

1.3 Information not requested through general contact channels

Unless EvyQVis expressly provides an approved secure intake channel, do not submit financial documents, identity documents, credentials, payment-card data, regulated records, trade secrets or other sensitive customer content through the general Contact page.

1.4 Sources

Personal data may be obtained directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from the organization you represent, from service providers supporting the website, or from public professional and business sources where reasonably relevant to a legitimate business inquiry.

2. Purposes and Lawful Bases

We may process personal data for the following purposes:

How data is used: To review and respond to contact, qualification, investor, partnership, pilot and commercial requests.

3. Cookies, Consent and Similar Technologies

The website uses essential technologies required for security, network delivery, preference management and core operation. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, if enabled, are subject to the choices presented through the consent banner where required.

Complianz is used to provide cookie-consent controls and to maintain cookie preferences. The current categories, services, retention periods and available controls are described in the separate Cookie Policy and consent interface. You may change eligible preferences through the cookie-settings control available on the website.

Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies, but disabling essential technologies may affect website functionality. EvyQVis does not use the consent banner as a substitute for consent where a specific law requires a different or additional mechanism.

5. International Data Transfers

EvyQVis operates from Israel and may use service providers whose infrastructure or personnel are located in Israel, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States or other countries. Accordingly, personal data may be processed outside the country in which you are located.

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or another transfer regime applies, EvyQVis will rely on an available lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another permitted mechanism, and will apply supplementary safeguards where reasonably required.

6. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legitimate follow-up, security, recordkeeping and legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by category and context.

General inquiries not pursued

General retention approach: Normally reviewed for deletion or anonymization within 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.

Qualified commercial, pilot or partnership discussions

General retention approach: For the active discussion and a reasonable follow-up period, normally up to 36 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is justified.

Contractual and transaction records

General retention approach: For the applicable relationship and thereafter for the period required by tax, accounting, legal or limitation rules.

Consent and cookie-preference records

General retention approach: For the period needed to demonstrate or administer the recorded preference, subject to tool configuration and applicable law.

Security and technical logs

General retention approach: For a proportionate operational and security period, normally up to 12 months unless an incident, investigation or legal requirement justifies longer retention.

Privacy requests

General retention approach: For the time necessary to complete the request and maintain an appropriate compliance record.

These periods are governance targets rather than promises that every record will be retained for the maximum stated period. Data may be deleted earlier when no longer needed or retained longer where required for security, legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention or the establishment, exercise or defense of claims.

7. Security

EvyQVis uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. Measures may include access controls, least-privilege practices, encryption in transit where supported, security monitoring, backups, provider review and incident-response procedures.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. EvyQVis therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate care when deciding what information to submit through general website channels.

8. Individual Rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about certain disclosures and transfers.

To exercise a right, submit a request through the Contact page and identify it as a privacy request. EvyQVis may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority and the records concerned. Requests will be handled within the period required by applicable law, subject to lawful limitations and exemptions.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. Individuals in Israel may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority. Individuals in the EEA or United Kingdom may contact the supervisory authority for their habitual residence, place of work or the location of an alleged infringement.

8.1 EEA and United Kingdom

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the legal bases and rights described above apply as required by those regimes. EvyQVis does not make solely automated decisions through the public website that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning visitors.

8.2 California and other United States jurisdictions

Certain United States privacy laws apply only when statutory thresholds and other conditions are met. Where an applicable law grants additional rights, EvyQVis will honor those rights as required. EvyQVis does not sell personal data and does not share public-website personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used under California law.

9. Children

The website and Services are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children. EvyQVis does not knowingly collect personal data from children through the public website. If you believe a child has provided personal data, submit a notice through the Contact page.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. EvyQVis is not responsible for third-party privacy practices merely because a link is provided.

11. Changes to this Policy

EvyQVis may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, operational or business changes. The current version will state its revision and effective dates. Material changes may be highlighted through the website or another appropriate notice where required. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date.

12. Contact and Privacy Requests

Privacy questions, objections, consent withdrawals and rights requests may be submitted through the Contact page on the EvyQVis website. Include sufficient information to identify the relevant interaction and state that the message concerns privacy. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in the initial request.

Where a legally required communication cannot reasonably be completed through the public Contact page, EvyQVis may provide an appropriate direct communication channel during the request process.

It should be reviewed before enabling customer accounts, public purchasing, payment processing, production document uploads, new analytics or advertising technologies, or a materially different international operating model.
