- orchestration systems;
- verification systems;
- audit infrastructure;
- evidence processing systems;
- controlled execution environments;
- enterprise deployment packages;

3.2 Deterministic Authority Principle
All final operational authority remains governed by deterministic validation logic.
AI-assisted reasoning, enrichment, extraction, inference, or recommendations never override deterministic enforcement rules.
3.3 No Guarantee of Business Outcome
The Company does not guarantee:

Enterprise Deployments
Enterprise customers may receive:

- workflows;

6.3 Anti-Cloning Enforcement
Any attempt to:

Customers remain responsible for reviewing:

9.3 Controlled Uncertainty Principle

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total Company liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the preceding 12 months.

11.4 Enterprise Risk Allocation

12. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and defend EvyQVis Innovations against claims arising from:

13. Suspension & Termination

13.4 Unauthorized Access, Tampering & Cloning Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to automatically restrict, suspend, lock, or terminate access to any product, deployment, license, runtime, or execution environment where the system detects:
- unauthorized sharing;
- environment duplication;
- license misuse;
- integrity violations;
- reverse engineering attempts;
- behavioral extraction attempts;
- cloning-related activity;
- unauthorized third-party access;
- tampering with protected infrastructure.
Where reasonably necessary, the Company may require the customer to provide operational logs, deployment metadata, or integrity verification information to validate authorized usage.
Confirmed violations may result in:
- permanent termination of licenses;
- revocation of deployment rights;
- denial of future access;
- retention of all previously paid fees;
- legal enforcement actions;
- forensic investigation and evidence preservation.
The Company shall have no obligation to provide refunds, compensation, or continued service following material violations of these Terms.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
14.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction
Exclusive jurisdiction resides in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

16. Confidentiality
Customers receiving:

- architecture discussions;
- technical specifications;
- roadmap information agree to maintain strict confidentiality.
No confidential material may be:
- disclosed;
- published;
- benchmarked publicly;
- shared with competitors.
17. Product Evolution & Future Architecture
The Company may:
- modify products;
- redesign infrastructure;
- retire capabilities;
- replace architectures;
- alter execution models;
- restructure deployment frameworks.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees perpetual availability of any specific feature.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties regarding the products and services.

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual) shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
